The provider
FXVM is a trading name of ThinkHuge Ltd., a Hong Kong company whose footer address is on Connaught Road Central. Its copyright line runs from 2013 and the fxvm.net domain was registered that year. FXVM states that it has served more than 107,000 customers in over 100 countries and runs a team of about 70 people; those figures are FXVM's own.
The same company operates ForexVPS.net: both sites' footers name Think Huge Ltd at the same address. The two brands sell different plan ranges at different prices and do not mention each other.
Plans and infrastructure
4 Windows VPS plans from $25 to $69 a month, sized by the number of trading terminals: Lite (1 to 2), Basic (3 to 4), Advanced (4 to 6) and High Freq VPS, a single faster core for one latency-critical terminal. FXVM also sells a Virtual Desktop plan, 2 Linux VPS plans and dedicated servers.
16 locations are offered, including Equinix LD4 in London, AM6 in Amsterdam, NY4 in New York and TY8 in Tokyo, the buildings where many broker trade servers sit. FXVM publishes measured latencies per broker and location on its own site, which is the most useful page for choosing a server.

|---|---|
| 99.9% or higher | Guaranteed, no credit |

Excluded: downtime before it is reported, scheduled or emergency maintenance, migrations, force majeure and upstream failures, software on the customer's server, third-party attacks and user error (Terms, section 17).
